Return Policy
Due to the products we sell, we will not offer returns on parcels unless they arrive damaged or are faulty, this is because it is unsanitary for us to resell.
You have 7 days to contact from the day your parcel arrives to contact us at “[email protected]” with what is wrong with the product, you may be asked to send photo/video evidence, this will not effect your return if you have contacted us with in the 7 days. If you are eligible for a return, you pay for the postage, as a small business we don’t cover the cost. We will send you a returns label if you are eligible.
Once we receive the item we will look to see if its been opened/used. Once we have done this we will then contact you either letting you know we are processing the return or that we believe we can’t. If we believe we can’t we will explain and you are then expected to pay for us to send it back to you, we will not send this out until we receive the payment.
Please allow 5-7 working days for the refund.
When sending a return back please keep hold of your proof of postage incase your parcel doesn’t make it back to us.
Dispatch Policy
We have a dispatch time of up to 72 working hours once we receive your order. You will get a order confirmation to the email you provided at checkout. As a small business we will try to get your parcel done as soon as we recieve your order but in some circumstances this won't always be possible.
Once dispatched you will get another email to say this.
We send Royal Mail tracked 48hrs please allow 2-3 days once dispatched but please be aware your parcel can take longer due to delays at Royal Mail.
We are able to see if your parcel has been delivered.

When checking out please ensure you are providing the correct details. As this is your responsibility, any products purchased will be delivered to the address provided.
We have a no cancellation policy, if you change your mind regarding your order, you will have to wait until it is delivered and return it unopened for a full refund.
We reserve rights to refuse an order if we deem it to be necessary, such as being unable to obtain an unauthorised payment, an error in the product information, such as price or promotion, suspecting fraudulent activity, if we are unable to supply you with an item in these circumstances, we will inform you of this over email only.
The photos and images displayed on our website are for illustrative purposes only, although we have made every effort to truly portray the colours accurately, we cannot guarantee that your screen display on any device it is being viewed on, is going to accurately reflect the true colour of the item(s).
Prices on items may vary, increase/decrease from time to time without notice, this may be an increase in manufactoring/factory prices and from no gain of our own. However, this does not and will not effect orders that have already been placed or despatched.
The price of the item(s) you purchase on our website includes vat at the prevailing rate for which we are responsible for as a business. However, the price of the items on our website does not include shipping/delivery charges.
